Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Project Always Beside You. Every purchase helps fund care for military, service, and law enforcement K9s. This policy applies to physical products purchased through our online store.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges of unused, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unwashed and have any original tags attached.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, contact us at projectalwaysbesideyou@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) involved. We will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at projectalwaysbesideyou@gmail.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, custom items, and donations are non-refundable.
